More Science at the Indigenous School / Juporijup of the Kawaiwete people

This text is about the actions developed by the More Science at School Project at the Juporijup Indigenous State Basic Education School, located in the Tatuí Village, in the Apiaká/Kayabi Indigenous Territory, municipality of Juara, Mato Grosso. Its objective is to present and analyze the experiences lived by the students and the school team in the development of the More Science at School Project, highlighting its contributions to scientific initiation. Its methodology uses the Maker Lab in the production of technological products and the experimental scientific production and scientific initiation of writing. The program's activities in the village have contributed to indigenous school education and the articulation between basic education and higher education; as well as the training of junior researchers.
