GESTÃO DE STAKEHOLDERS E ESTRATÉGIAS PARA ALCANÇAR METAS GLOBAIS DE BIODIVERSIDADE: DESAFIOS E IMPACTOS

Este estudo explora a relação entre as metas globais de biodiversidade e a gestão de stakeholders por meio de uma abordagem integrada, baseada nas Metas Globais de Biodiversidade do Marco Global da Biodiversidade de Kunming-Montreal (CDB, 2022). A pesquisa começou com a organização e classificação dessas metas em uma tabela sistematizada para facilitar a análise subsequente. Utilizando a metodologia do Project Management Institute (PMI, 2021), foram mapeadas e identificadas as partes interessadas que impactam ou são impactadas pelas metas, incluindo governos, empresas privadas, ONGs, comunidades indígenas, cientistas e o público geral. Este estudo contribui para a literatura ao demonstrar como a gestão eficaz de stakeholders pode apoiar a realização das metas globais de biodiversidade.
