SPEECHES AND EMERGING AMBIGUITY: THE "SANLUISISMO AND PUNTANISMO AS NEW DISTINCTIVE CULTURAL OF SAN LUIS

Abstract
n this paper we propose to investigate the emergence of the concept "puntanismo and sanluisismo" appeared to identify the local culture in the last two years in the province of San Luis. The names puntanismo and sanluisismo adopt a new meaning to encompass positive aspects of the provincial administration.
The idea has been expressed by relevant members of the provincial administration in various media and has instituted the week of "puntanidad and sanluisismo" which has been incorporated in the province of San Luis by Law No. II 0887-2014 calendars schools and colleges. The names sanluisismo-puntanismo appears with emphasis on the speeches of the former governor of San Luis and governor-elect (2015-2019) Dr. Alberto Rodriguez Saa and executive officials of San Luis, belonging to the political party formed by the Justicialista Party San Luis governing the province without interruption from December 1983 to present.
