This article analyzes the territorialization of the Indigenous population and the production of socio-spatial inequalities in the municipality of Santa Cruz Cabrália, Bahia, based on census tracts from the 2022 Demographic Census. Adopting a quantitative approach, the study combines spatial analysis and thematic cartography to examine the distribution of the Indigenous population and their demographic, educational, infrastructural, and gender-related conditions within the urban space. The results reveal a concentration of the Indigenous population in census tracts characterized by higher levels of socio-spatial vulnerability, marked by a predominantly young age structure, lower literacy rates, and limited access to basic sanitation services. The analysis also highlights intersectional inequalities related to gender, particularly the significant presence of Indigenous households headed by women in areas with greater infrastructural deprivation. The findings indicate that Indigenous territorialization in Santa Cruz Cabrália reflects the unequal production of urban space and underscores the need for territorially grounded public policies that recognize the city as a legitimate space for Indigenous life reproduction and promote a more equitable right to the city.
